Established in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, VIRA PUMPS is an Indian manufacturer and exporter of submersible pumps, motors and related spares. All products are marketed under the VIRA brand.
Our engineering heritage began with our parent enterprise, which manufactured and repaired induction motors for industrial and domestic applications. Building upon this experience, we commenced the manufacture of submersible pumps and motors in 1985. Today, our product range includes 4", 6" and 8" submersible pumps and motors for agricultural, industrial and domestic water-supply applications.
VIRA products are presently manufactured and assembled at multiple specialized locations under our technical and quality supervision. Our international business is managed by Vasant Electro Mech India, the export division.

Since 2005, VIRA products have been supplied to customers across international markets—from America to Australia.
